恵庭工場(About the Eniwa plant)
オルソン株式会社恵庭工場は平成7年（1995年）5月、北海道恵庭市戸磯に新築しました。工場内では、主に鮭フレーク、チーズ製品の製造をおこなっております。
平成11年にはHACCPを取得し（紅鮭フレーク）、対米輸出水産食品取扱認定施設として厚生労働省に認定を受けています。
消費者の皆様には、安心・安全な商品はもちろんのこと、より美味しい商品をご提供できるよう商品開発もおこなっております。
The Eniwa plant of Orson Company Limited started production in May 1995 in Toiso Eniwa, Hokkaido. It manufactures mainly salmon flakes and cheese products.
In 1999 the Eniwa plant implemented the HACCP system for salmon flakes, and was authorized as "Seafood Processing Plant for Exporting to the USA" by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan.
We are doing our best to develop better products not only in terms of food safety, but also with respect to quality and flavor for our customers.

新さっぽろ工場(About the Shin-Sapporo plant)
オルソン株式会社新さっぽろ工場は、平成15年（2003年）6月に札幌市厚別区に新築しました。工場内では、主にイカ、帆立などの加工品の製造をおこなっております。
当初より製造においてHACCP手法を導入し、安心・安全な商品をご提供できるように取り組んでおります。
The Shin-Sapporo plant of Orson Company Limited started production in June 2003 in Atsubetsu-ku, Sapporo. It manufactures mainly squid and scallop products.
In this plant the HACCP system was utilized from the very beginning of production to ensure the safest possible products.
